confused about this web

ok for the last half and hour i been trying to make my set as nice as possible but i guess it didn't work out i mean look at this website is crap and i arent no paying money just to put some photo of me and my friends is not i don't want to wait.. i don't want to anyway i might as well find a free website for me which i can put photo up anytime i want without paying a cent
